What’s happening at GLES?

Wow! February is an action-packed month, with several celebrations and events coming up.

On, February 23rd, join us at 5:45 for a celebration of Black History Month, witha grade level sing-along, P.R.I.D.E. drumline, and the Black History Living Wax Museum, presented by our very own Glen Lea Lions.

Later this month, we’ll be celebrating scholars with perfect attendance in January at a pizza party! We know that attendance matters. We appreciate your efforts to support our scholars in their attendance at school.

Finally, this coming weekend is the last of our sports clinic series. During the last one, our Glen Lea athletes had the opportunity to meet NBA stars Terry Davis (Dallas Mavericks) and Andre Ingram (Los Angeles Lakers). Check out our athletes during practice in the photo above!
